I've had a slow leak in one of my winter tires since the changeover. Not wanting to wait (at my normal place) I called them yesterday detailing my issue on v/mail. I got an immediate text saying they would get back to me shortly. And then minutes later a woman called me back and I had an appointment last night at 5:30. Talk about service. The gentleman was so nice to us. Explaining everything as he went along. Not even 30 minutes later I was on my way. With this kind of exemplary service, they now have a new customer. I highly recommend Masters Tire in the Soo. I just wish I had asked his name.

Actually quite happy with this place! Didn’t realize how limited your options are on a Saturday morning to have a tire fixed but I called at 9am & they got me in for noon. Anmol Deep fixed my tire for me, he was super nice, very quick & the price was cheap! Highly recommend!
