The service and staff are very professional and friendly, prices are reasonable and I have never had to bring my vehicles back for a poorly done job. I have been bringing my vehicle's to Mr.Charlie, and his staff close to 10 years. There the best 👌.

I brought my car in for a coolant leak without calling ahead. Within a few minutes, Charlie checked it out and ordered a new hose, which came in just a few minutes and then he installed it. I looked for leaks now for a few days and didn't see any! And the price was good. A car dealer would probably charge nearly twice as much, if not more. Of everything that can be installed, confidence is the most important. Master's Touch installs confidence that my car is well maintained!

I've been taking my car here for a few years. Never had any issues with these people. Always fairly priced, honest, and communication is fantastic. Highly recommend!

They were great with fixing my car. Fixed not only the problem it was originally brought in for, but also fixed problems that it's had with running rough for a really long time that other mechanics were unable to diagnose. All for an extremely reasonable price also working with a warranty I had. Got it back today and it drives better than it ever has since I've owned it.

GREAT SHOP AND WORKERS!!! VERY PATIENT (ESPECIALLY WITH SENIORS) and respectful to the community! No surprises...once the problem is found and/or diagnosed they give you an estimate of the cost...and prices are reasonable and competitive. If it is something they can't do (like replacing a transmission) they will give recommendations. A real plus for the community!
