Mastria Towing & Recovery

I needed to have my car towed to a VW specialist 23 miles away. After contacting a number of companies, Mastria Towing & Transport responded that they would be there in 1.5 hours. True to their word, the arrived and loaded the car with no issues. The driver was professional, courteous, and friendly (a rarity for new Englanders). The manager on the phone stated that it would the distance was 31 miles away. Both the driver and I reviewed the Maps and found that three routes were listed. Two were 23 miles and the third was 31. The driver did the right thing and charged me for the route and distance he was going to drive according to Maps. The manager chewed him out on the phone, berated him, then told him that they would “discuss his mistakes” later on. I would have recommended this business

Used these guys for a cross country transport job. John was awesome! Great communication, got the car here with not a scratch on it. They were $150 cheaper than the next cheapest place I could find and I did about 10 quotes. Definitely consider them, especially for a Florida job.

Needed my truck towed, driver DeShawn was cool but he did not notify the dealership he was there with my vehicle. I was an operator for 10+ years and always walked into service departments with keys, names and phone numbers. 4 hours went by and I called the dealership and they didn’t know it was there. Only reason why I’m giving 3 stars.

No one enjoys their vehicle being towed. BUT 5 STARS FOR THESE GUYS! Had issue with my Jeep, an emplyee John went the extra mile to HELP. Thank you for your time & assistance on the day you close early, which is Saturday..
