Mathews Ford Marion, Inc. Service

For once, I had a service experience that I cannot say enough good things about! Mathews Service, and Ryan in particular, provided me more than outstanding service. Amazingly enough, an extended warranty on my car paid off in my favor. I was caught way off guard when I learned my six year old Mustang was going to require a new motor. Fortunately, Ryan immediately found I had an extended warranty - which I forgot even buying. It took some time and patience to get everything put in place, but it is now done and my car is back home. Thank you for going above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend Mathews for service you can depend on, with integrity and value.

It should not take any where from an hour to an hour and a half every time I have scheduled maintenance appointment for things that would not take more than 20 minutes and cost less elsewhere. I go back to the dealership for routine maintenance so my service records are nearly in 1 place. Maybe not so much after this. All while customers wait in a filthy waiting room where floors, table tops and furniture hasn't met up with a cleaning crew for a very long time. As you leave there's a case of complimentary water bottles that no one informed customers of; especially since the drinks vending machine in the waiting room is out of service. My scheduled maintenance included a tire rotation, but they waited till I was given my car back to announce would have to rotate tires next service appointme

Had parts needed for recall, did what was needed and did not try to upsell unnecessary service. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisor. Pleasant experience all around.

I don't think the transmission person there really knows or cares cares they keep telling me there's no problem with transmission but yet it makes noise and the shifting 15 I'm sorry I did not feel good about Matthew Ford anymore Need to look for a new place because the mechanics there do not care And I do stick by that I can prove my complaint about Ford mechanics mechanics some of them anyway!!!!!!

Fixed my cruise control been messing up a very long time. Thanks Guys great job and it was free best part of all lol
