I spoke with the agent who guaranteed me to get me a copy of the signed papers. So I’m going to trust her and return to full stars. I still standby on their email monitoring practice though which needs improvement. Update: what I wrote below is all true as they helped a lot (but of course they would, they want to get paid right). Except that they need to monitor their emails and respond in time. Another thing is that they did not give me a copy of the papers I signed. I told them that I found this strange and there was no response since. I already told them that in other dealers you usually walk out with a copy of the documents the buyer signs.
