I can’t thank Nick enough. I was in a real pickle trying to get a tire fixed before a road trip, and everywhere else I called brushed me off. Nick made the time, got me in right away, and handled everything quickly and professionally. Because of him, I was able to hit the road without stress. He absolutely saved the day (and the trip). Outstanding service!

I ordered winter tires from Tire Rack for my car and opted to ship them to a Tire Rack certified shop hoping there would be a higher quality of service than your average Discount Tire, Big O, etc since my car is quite rare. As soon as I walked in and mentioned I had shipped tires to them, they instantly knew which tires and under whose name. I also needed to juggle wheel and tire setups when installing my winter tires, managing two sets of wheels and three sets of tires in total, and they nailed it perfectly without issue. Do recommend!

I would definitely recommend Matson. I brought my Suburu in for a diagnostics test. Chris provided excellent customer service. They did not try to gouge me in any way. This is my first time at this shop. 5 Stars from me.

Very honest and fair shop. I brought my truck in with squeaky brakes asking for a brake job as I was sure I needed one. They let me know I didn’t need any work done on the brakes, but that they blew the brakes out which may help with the squeaking. They didn’t charge me. I’ll definitely be back!
