Matt and Jeff's Car Wash & Detail

I expected a lot more from an $80 car wash. I was upsold to the most expensive package under the impression my car would come out looking spotless, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The rims were still black with brake dust, the interior looked like it was barely passed through, and the front hood still had visible dirt (see photos). For the top-tier service, I expected much better attention to detail. The overall result felt rushed and subpar at best. Won’t be returning unless quality significantly improves.

This is the second time this has happened. I paid $80 for a full service wash and as soon as I started driving, I noticed multiple areas that clearly were not wiped down at all. Interior surfaces still dusty, spots missed, and it was obvious the job wasn’t fully finished. I don’t expect a brand new, straight off the car lot detail. But for $80, I do expect everything to at least be wiped down properly before handing the car back. At this price point, consistency and attention to detail matter, and unfortunately this has now happened more than once.

First time here today and brought my brand new car with less than 2k miles on it. Signed up for the unlimited and was told it included the top end service. Staff were very nice and professional, however, I drove off the lot and parked across the street to inspect. There was still bird shit the size of a silver dollar on the side, my windshield still had dirty streaks as soon as it hit the sun, and the windows were not rolled down as to wipe the top which were still covered in dust. Even my dash was still dusty. This car is two months old and I was only on a classic California dirt road for maybe an hour over the weekend so it should not be a challenge. Found other dust on tops of door edges. There was no waxing done and the wheels were loosely shined. Also, my rear dash cam wire was pulle

We love this place. Excellent wash for the price - $17 for exterior, $40 for exterior and interior. For the exterior, it's more hands-on than machine. Love that they actually pre-treated the bug guts! Thank you.
