I am extremely disappointed with the experience I have had with this dealership. Since purchasing my vehicle ,it has been one disaster after another. To begin with, I was never informed that there would be only one key provided with this vehicle, which is a BMW series. It was never disclosed to me verbally or on my paperwork from this CERTIFIED dealer. Additionally, it has been almost six weeks since I've not received my tags. During this time, we've experienced several storms in which the tag was soaked and eventually was lost. I did report them and the dealership refused to give me another temp tag. This forced me to make several trips between Philadelphia and NJ, including two trips to NJMVC. The representatives there could not understand why the dealership wouldn't issue new tag
I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from the service department. I visited Matt Black on 2/25 regarding serious issues with my 2023 Jeep Renegade, including engine and 4WD problems. I was quoted over $6,000 in repairs on a vehicle that is only 2.3 years old and that I still owe money on. The car is currently unsafe to drive and has been sitting while I try to get answers. Since that visit, I have been trying for days to reach the service manager. I have called multiple times, and each time I was told the manager was busy. I left several messages and never received a call back. I also spoke with Jamel on 2/27 and was told the manager would return my call, but I am still waiting. Extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. My car was in their shop for 4 weeks, and I ended up paying nearly $5,000. What upset me even more was finding out after the fact that I was charged an additional 3% fee just for using a credit card—something the service advisor or cashier never mentioned upfront. That’s unacceptable. When I brought this up to the manager, Jerry, instead of offering any apology or explanation, he was dismissive and unprofessional. No accountability, no effort to make things right. In addition to that some how they lost part on my rim !!! I will never return to this dealership, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. Transparency and customer service clearly aren’t priorities here
Drove 5 hours from NY to purchase a 2023 grand wagoneer because they had the best deal i could find within a 500 mile search. Our salesman JC Valentine helped us through the whole process. We were able to get alot done over the phone before even making it to dealership. Once at the dealership JC greeted us, made sure we were comfortable and started giving us information to go over, came back with options, and went over everything. So it’s now been three days since no one has reached back out to me regarding my tags so I’ve now missed several shifts of work between my full part-time jobs. But yet I’m expected to pay. I am going to go live and if I have to, I’ll reach out to the news. It is ridiculous that these people treat customers this way. I am willing if anybody wants to even protest outside of that Dealership. I am also planning to reach out to the news, but I’m definitely reaching out to my financial institution because they should be getting charged for this month not me. I can’t even utilize the car.
