I recently brought in my 2007 Infiniti G35 for Service and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish, the entire service department was excellent, but I especially want to recognize Rodney my service advisor. Rodney was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was taken care of the right way. He kept me updated through out the process, explained everything clearly and made the whole visit stress fee. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days for luxury vehicles and Rodney truly went above and beyond. My G35 is running better than ever, and I’ll definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend this Infiniti service department.

To Whom it Concerns at Matt Blatt Infiniti who had a rebuttal to my prior review... Your recent public response stating that the matter "has been successfully addressed" is frankly, inaccurate, unprofessional, and deeply concerning. The conclusion I was presented with was a demand for $5,798.00 to replace a side airbag module, with the caveat that if the DTC persists, Nissan then advises replacing the airbag sensor diagnostic module. My immediate and fundamental question remains: At who's Cost?! Let me be unequivocally clear, I have not even owned the vehicle for 60 days. The airbag warning light - a critical safety issue - illuminated within 30 days of my purchase. Your refusal to cover this repair is unconscionable.
