You want a review so bad? Stop harassing people with 10 calls asking for reviews months after I took my car there - AFTER I ALREADY ASKED YOU TO STOP. Yall tried to sneak a diagnostics charge on me when I came in telling yall the EXACT issue. Yall used to be good but now it seems you have gone very corporate and not customer first.

Came in to get my Brake pads & Rotors changed. Very wonderful staff both service desk and mechanic. Took less time than they expected it to take, quick and very helpful to finding out the quote on your vehicle! 5/5

Matthews Motors service department is professional, friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend. My car has been in there 2x. First for a transmission and now a lot of brake system work. Both times were great experiences despite the circumstances. Shout out to Miguel and Elise! 😊

I've used these guys a couple of times. They seem to know their stuff and are reasonably priced. If i had any gripes I would say it's hard to get a quick appointment with them, but that's probably because they are so busy because they are good. Just moved down here and was looking for a trustworthy place to get my cars serviced. I think I'm done looking. Beat spot in Clayton.
