I dont know about yall, I went in there for a 2019 impala and walked out with one paid for The Salesman name Shawn did a awesome job the only problem I .having is my title which has not came yet and we bought the car with Our Own money not a bank lender not none of that 🤔 still waiting on my title and I bought this car back in sept 25

It’s either a scam or a sham? I half-hazardously purchased a used vehicle from Matthew Motors approximately 1.5 years ago. During the car purchase process, the finance manager added so many warranties and add ons, stating “I would do the same for my parents”, which substantially increased the monthly payment. The vehicle proved to be a constant problem-repairs, etc., as well as the trade in value, depreciation, of the vehicle dropped like a rock. Keeping the vehicle wasn’t financially sustainable, especially not being reliable. In January 2025 I cut my losses, traded the used vehicle, through/with another dealer, paid off the Ally loan for the Matthew Motors used vehicle, and purchased a new vehicle. Within 30 days of the loan being paid off, Ally refunded the pro-rated GAP insurance, howe

WILL NOT EVER GO BACK. We scheduled a viewing of a car when we got there 10 minutes early we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show us the car. Come to find out the car we scheduled to look at was not on site. So we had to ride with the salesperson to the shop that had the car when asked they told us it was getting detailed, but really they were clearing the check engine light for the test drive. We really like the car and it drove OK and everything seemed good so we proceeded to purchase it. We asked what work was done to it and they said they had to put $2000 into the AC and that was it but it was working properly that was a lie. After not wanting negotiate at all for price, we got a measly 500 off and then two days later our check engine light came on when contacting we brought it b

Will not ever consider this place again. Drove 2 hours for them to negotiate $100 off the price of a vehicle. Then had the audacity to call me the next day to ask me if I was still interested and if I changed my mind. When I asked them if they were willing to negotiate better on price, they said no, we’re still holding to the advertised price. Thanks, but no thanks.
