I’ve shopped for many cars in my life, and it’s usually not a process I enjoy. However, Matthew Motors completely changed my perspective on buying a car. Tay was absolutely amazing to work with. He really listened when I explained what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect car for my daughter. He was kind, respectful, and made the whole experience enjoyable—we were laughing throughout the process. Everyone there was down-to-earth, and it truly felt like buying a car from a friend rather than going through the typical dealership experience. I just purchased a BMW X5 and it was by far a great buying experience from Matthews Motor Wilmington. I worked with Tayron Gidrey who was knowledgeable, patient and not pushy at all. He took the time to answer all my questions and test drive car. The finance manager was also was great. The paperwork was efficient, and clearly explained all options without pressuring me to add extras I did not want. The BMW was clean and ready exactly as they said it would be.
