After getting a new tire from a different shop, my tire was still causing issues going flat. I was not informed of a bad wheel when I should have been. Matthew took the time to show me what was wrong, explained what needed to be done and gave excellent service for a great price. No more leaky tire! Highly recommend.

Please update hours I show up today almost 9am gate was closed and number never pick up.

If I could give them a ZERO I would. They have the worst customer service I'm ever encountered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Place was closed when I got there. called the number on the sign. Spoke with someone who did not identify himself as with Matthew’s Tires until I asked. Made an offer to take my old tire but did not seem interested in offering a fair price. He did offer to send someone to open up the gate, but we quickly determined he was not interested in paying anything for a good tire.
