Total garbage customer service. Keeps your vehicle forever , doesn't bother calling you with updates, then when you call he gives a major attitude on the phone. You will get your car back unfixed some other issue will be wrong that wasnt wrong when you brought it there. Do not bother with this place...

Easily the worst experience I've had with anything involving customer service in my entire life. I had my car towed there to be looked at for what turned out to be a blown turbocharger. For 2 days I did not receive a call. When I called to ensure the vehicle arrived, the man I talked to was uninformative, short, rude, and overall unhelpful. By the 4th time I had called after days of not hearing anything but being told the vehicle would be looked at days prior, I pointed out that I had not gotten a single update for the days my car had been there. I'm a single father and need to get to work and wanted to atleast have a time frame of how long I'd need to borrow rides from people. The man completely flipped out on me. Just recently moved to town, referred to them by a co-worker who lives in the area. These guys are great - their quick, keep in contact with you and very fairly priced. My 03 Ford has been there 3x now since December '16 and being I only have one car their speediness and accuracy really works for me! Regular guys, I feet very comfortable letting them service my vehicle.
