They service suck.They’re very rude and they just be having people in there sitting around and also the workers he have in there. Don’t even know how to speak proper English and you can hardly understand them. Then didn’t plug my tire right and when I told the owner, he insisted that it was done correctly so I went to another shop and they told me that it was not done properly. They recommended a new tire. Mind you I pacifically told the owner that I just got all four of my tires brand new… I Had several incidents with them being very unprofessional and rude and trying to over charge me…

Maurice totally bailed me out on a Sunday being the only tow company in Madison that would take me to MKE that day. He is kind and helpful and an all around good guy. Very happy with the service and the price.

Tyrese not only towed my car but also fixed it at the shop within 3 days! Was super happy about that considering every mechanic in the area couldn’t get me in for about 2 weeks. Everyone here is super kind here, definitely my go to place!

I don’t always leave reviews. But when I do, it’s for reason. Maurice deserves to be commanded for his timeliness, attitude, and efficiency. It was such a relief to have such a great guy help out in a challenging situation. He was there in 15 minutes. On a 95° day when the other guys all told me two hours. And those were the ones that answered the phone. There’s no need to call anybody else. Support your local businesses. Especially ones that have an owner who cares. 🙌
