Maurice’s Towing LLC

Called Maurice about moving a 12 x 22 storage building. He did a great job of communicating date and time and when he would arrive. He knew exactly what to do. He used his truck and winch to lift and maneuver the building out of the spot, it was sitting in and then pulled it up on his truck. I was impressed that he drove slowly and carefully to the new location, he checked all the limbs all the lines and made sure he was gonna clear anything before he went under. When he got it to its new location, he did a great job of maneuvering it in position and got it as close as he could to its final resting spot. He demonstrated his knowledge and his skill and his great communication skills. Would highly recommend and use him again.

I ordered a tow thru direct insurance They don't tell me who's coming I waited an hour for the truck Then I called Direct to get an ETA They put me on hold Came back on and said He'd be to me in 50 minutes I waited 1 hr 15 mins The driver called and said he'd be to me in 30 minutes And he was I told him I waited 3 hours and was told he'd be to me in 50 mins He didn't have anything to say So He got my car where it was going, he did what I asked and txt me when he was done So all contact I had with Maurice's was positive

I accidentally put gas in a diesel vehicle and GMC sent Maurice’s towing. Waited 2 hours for them to arrive to the gas station in town. Told the driver on the phone that I didn’t want to start the vehicle and do any damage. He clicked arrive on the dispatch app so I couldn’t see his location for another hour while he was enroute. When he arrived he insisted on starting the diesel vehicle with gas in the tank to drive it up on his truck. I said no way am I going to let you damage the vehicle like I told you on the phone. Total scammer, lair, rude, and unprofessional. I told them what the situation was prior to them coming out, and told them to have the proper equipment for the job. Told him I was going to tell GMC about his behavior and he said he didn’t care as he makes his money on re

I was from 2.5 hrs away, had no idea who you were call to get me out of the pickle I found myself in. I got a hold of Maurice’s team and I was sooooo thankful!!!!!! Quick, knowledgeable and made me feel safe. The driver made sure my trailer was hooked up correctly and wouldn’t let me leave untill he did a light check too. I’ll forever be grateful of their AMAZING service !!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good about the service that I received. Everyone was extremely helpful And friendly. This helped to relieve the stress out of a stressful situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Madison area.
