This company came out to do a service on one off my 18 wheelers, to fix a brakeline on the trailer and on the process they broke the other end of it. the tech took off so quick that it didn't give my driver a chance to check out the job, when he try to move the truck it wouldn't so he realized that now there was another broken part of the brakeline, so he called the tech back and the tech stated that he'll come out again for an extra $200, after he already charged us $404, this company is very unproffessional, they're thiefs keep away, they break things for you to call them back, we had to call the police and make a report on this crooks, even the police officer try calling him and he wouldn't answer, so I put a dispute on the charge. I am 20 miles away and blew one of my drives inside TIRES. I called and asked if I drive there. Can they change the tire, once he was informed him that I had a spare tire he said there was no one there to help me and he recommended another place.

Called for an easy tire repair service and was initially told that it would take 2 hours to arrive on the scene. 1 hour 45 minutes later, we had called to get an updated ETA and he said it will be another hour and a half or so. Eventually he had told us to find someone else because he was having "equipment malfunction" on his end. It was very obvious he did not want to do the job, absolute waste of time !

I had a really bad interaction with this company. I broke down less than a mile from their shop, so I gave them a call. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude before I even said a word. Then, they tried to charge me a 2 hr minimum for the tow (when I was no more than 5 minutes away), which they told me would cost at least $250, but they could not give me an exact price. I ended up calling another company in town, and they helped me out for $75. Edit: This company’s responses to reviews should be a good indication of how they run their shop. Any business speaking to customers in this way should be avoided. Also, they responded saying that they don’t tow despite saying they did when I called AND listing it in their available services.

Driving from Austin to Phoenix- a surprise nail in our tire made the trip impossible in "the middle of nowhere New Mexico". As the only place open on a Sunday morning during COVID for hundreds of miles, Maverick Road Services patched the tire immediately and we were able to complete our road trip with no issues. Definitely recommend - friendly and fast service!
