Absolutely very friendly and professional! 10/10 customer service and adequate wait time! They helped me when I needed help with no wait and didn’t hesitate one bit! They were very happy to help and Would 100% recommend to anyone in the area! Manager and technicians definitely care a lot about the people they help and aren’t money hungry! All in all an excellent, fantastic shop!

Elvis and Josh I interacted with multiple times this past Saturday and they were great! They were both knowledgeable, personable, and respectful! Amsterdam is an amazing community! Just went there to get my winter tires installed. It was quick and fairly priced so I just ended up going back later in the day to get my wife's winter tires installed and my summer tires mounted too! I'll be back!

This location was absolutely outstanding! I was here on vacation and ended up picking up a nail in my tire. When I realize, I just pulled into this location without an appointment. I was greeted by Elvis at the front desk - he was so incredibly helpful. When I explained my situation, and that I was traveling with my elderly mother, he didn’t hesitate to get my car on the lift and fix my tire. I was in and out of that shop within 20 minutes! Amazing, highly recommend them! I cannot thank Elvis and the staff enough!

My low tire pressure lights came on in the frigid cold weather... I put air in the tires to manual specifications & the lights stayed on... I spoke with Joseph, I believe the Manager of the store, and he was very helpful, kind & courteous... Friendly, professional atmosphere, altogether.

I recently went to the Amsterdam Mavis, Elvis was amazing to work with and an asset to the team! Had me in and out quick! And was very professional. 5 Stars!!!!
