Mavis Discount Tire

This is an outstanding place to have your car serviced. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They were very straightforward in explaining the issue with my vehicle and addressed everything efficiently and honestly. The team is knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly committed to providing excellent customer service. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. The service was prompt, thorough, and fairly priced. It is refreshing to find an auto repair shop that values both professionalism and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and high-quality automotive service. A truly great experience

Aiden and Stephen were absolutely awesome. Came in without an appointment and they were quickly able to trouble shoot and diagnose the issue. They were even able to fix it quick on the spot. Will be coming back here soon to replace tires!

I went for oil change and tire rotation. Dave and Justin were my service team. I dealt most with Dave but they both provided service and were a team from my perspective and they were great. Dave made sure he understood what I wanted done. By doing a thorough inspection of the vehicle he uncovered a cabin filter that was in dire need of replacement. He brought the existing one to show me how bad it was versus having me come to the counter. He did not "strongly suggest" I change it (which I find very unprofessional but done by other dealerships) but asked if I wanted it changed. He told me the price, and I gave him my ok. When the service was completed, he said the tire rotation went well and proffered without asking the tires and brakes were in good shape. This team, especially Dave, since

We have brought multiple vehicles for multiple services to the Auburn Mavis/Coles since 2014. Without exception the service has been timely, of high-quality, and always met expectations. Currently, both Justin and Dave are quick to respond to any request for service and to keep us updated on the progress, prices, and options. Importantly, we have always felt that the prices are very fair.Very nice to see the customer service is clearly top of mind for these two and their crew. Well done!!

Got new tires oil change inspection and an alignment done, Justin helped me pick which tires would be the best for my vehicle as well as my bank account! Gave me all the details I would need as well! Definitely a great guy and I will be a returning customer!
