I had a great experience at Mavis, thanks to Evan. This was my third time coming in, the first time Cristian and then the 2nd time Steve helped me and now Evan helped and once again the service was excellent. Evan fixed my car efficiently, was very kind and professional throughout the entire process, and even took the time to help give me a charger for my phone and have genuine conversations while I waited. He made the experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be coming back again soon.

I’ve been here multiple times for everything from my basic Honda CRV to my more complex Porsche Cayenne. Every time I go here I get top notch service completed in a reasonable amount of time at a very fair price. I had a great experience at this location, I am from RI and was in the area for the weekend. They were able to get me in for an appointment very quickly for an alignment and balance. After getting new tires put on my car from a different shop the balancing was not done correctly and the techs here were able to find that out and help me in a pinch. Great customer service, amazing and knowledgeable techs working on the vehicle. I really appreciate all the great work on such a short notice. Highly recommend taking your business here!
