Kaylee was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Went there 2 weeks ago after the other tire shop in town said they couldn’t help me, despite being a long time customer. Well I got help at Mavis. Today Mavis got to sell me a new tire and they price matched. Great job Kaylee. I’ll be back.

Came to Mavis in Chester to get a headlight fixed and Tim and team were able to get me in and out in under 5 minutes. Whole staff was extremely helpful and nice. Five stars, would give 10 if I could!

Questionable honest at this specific location. Hopefully not. I was so appreciative when mechanic 'discovered' a metal shard in my tire and added ~$35 cost to plug&rebalance saving me a future blowout. Told me it could be a piece of "metal fence". When removed and took the time to show me item, it was obviously a sheered deck-nail with pointy head in tact. Just in conversation I commented that it is clearly a sheared off long-nail. But by continuing to man-splain that it could be a "metal fence" which became non-sensical after seeing obvious nail head I had to wonder why his need to continue, which exhibits dishonesty.
