Mavis Discount Tire

On a day in which the roads were still not the greatest due to snow, Mavis of Copiague was still open. Kim at the front was extremely helpful and informative on the wait time & process. Despite having one worker in the shop that day, Liam and Kim were able to get my requested work done in a speedy manner, before I knew it I was out the door. Well done.

I arrived at mavis to put air in my tire. By the time I pulled into the lot my tire was off the rim. The customer service there was awesome. Bill and the manager explained to me what they could do to help me and took my car right in. The guy Liam that was working on my tire couldn’t get my tire to hold the air because my rim needs to be replaced. He cleaned the rim and sealed it and it still was not working. He worked hard on it and then had a hard time getting my spare from under my truck but he didn’t give up. I appreciate the service that I received because they could have just whisk me off but they didn’t. Thank you guys so much.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here! Frank was friendly and professional, worked for done quickly. Frank explained everything clearly and even checked my brakes to make sure everything was running smoothly. The price was fair and the service was excellent, coming back for my next oil change!

As an amateur that works on their own car, this is the only Mavis location that I'll recommend. They play by the books, voluntarily show proof of their work, and are incredibly efficient. They replaced my rounded drain plug and tire with my own supplied product. Unlike the sketchy lindenhurst location, I've never had an issue with getting tire rotations at Copiague Mavis. The new york state inspection was painless. They also were kind enough to hold on to my forgotten jacket for me. Kim and her team do good honest work.

Mavis always gets the job done and is always reliable. Friendly and helpful staff. Will always recommend for any tires related issues. Great price in the market as well
