Mavis Discount Tire

need an o&f on my car. have been neglecting it and it's got to get done. anyway, have also been putting off trip to Nunda which also has to get done. looked up Mavis, theyve got reviews right on their site. Everything there was ditto like the experience I had had last June. btw, I'm coming in from southern tier on 390. My front wheel had some balance problem. The Manager was an awesome guy. First everything he told me came true. I was in on a lift within 15 minutes. I was out in a blink. And his price stuck when it came time to square up. And the price was unbelievably reasonable. Just like the way things used to be.

EDIT: I called their HQ via their reply to this review and they are "correcting the issue" I had with the younger employee. Their HQ customer service is top notch. Upgraded from 2 to 4 stars ORGINAL REVIEW: Bought 2 tires. The 2 workers that were in their 30's or 40's were amazing. Had a great time chatting with them. The 1 younger kid..... where to start. We showed up about an hour early because we were gonna shop around other places but decided not to. We watch the 2 adults bust their butts to get people serviced and on their way meanwhile the child dragged his feet every step he took and once he brought our SUV in he decided to go use the bathroom for 45 mins. Luckily the adults there took over again on our SUV and finished it for us. Not sure of the child's name but I don't think he's

Took a trip 5 hours to pick up my son from College. Caught a flat the night before everything was closed. Had to get a hotel room and woke up and couldn’t find a brand new tire anywhere until we called Mavis. They gave us an appointment right away and the tire was fixed in 45 mins. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

Great staff and service! Front desk salesman was so much help and was so friendly. I had 1 flat and 3 other tires that needed to be changed desperately and they got me right in and out quickly, same day. I'll definitely be back and will recommend to others!

Very quick reliable and friendly service! Had a flat on the way to a very important appointment i had to be there for they were very quick, and efficient. We were in and out in under under 45 minutes and i couldn't be more greatful for the service i received today as a young woman who absolutely could not miss her appointment! 10/10 would recommend and return! Thank you guys!
