Mavis Discount Tire

Very dissatisfied. I have been going to this Mavis in Eastchester for years. We have purchased tires for all of our cars and never had any issues. I scheduled a NYS inspection for my car. When I got there I was told that they couldn’t perform the inspection because the machine was “broken”. They directed me to across the street to the gas station which I did and they told me that they could perform inspection my car. I proceeded with my Mavis appointment as I needed my tires checked and rotated. Mind you. My appointment was for 9am. At 10:30 I am called and told that I had a nail in my tire which could be repaired with a plug. It was at this point where things turned. They proceeded to tell me that my tires were “expired” and I should replace all four tires. I had only purchased them in Oc

One of the best tire experiences I have had. The staff was super friendly and polite. They worked very efficient and delivered on all the items they promised. The building was very clean and had a nice little area to wait in. Very accommodating and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this Mavis! Wayne and Evan were great to work with.

My tire had a nail and the PSI was getting very low quickly. The person who helped me out was Daniel. They checked my tire and patched it up with no issues. I would recommend this place. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will come here again.

This is the second time I’ve had a flat and they fixed it by simply plugging the hole—no upsell, no pressure to replace the tire, just an honest repair that got me back on the road fast. Their work is spotless, the service is quick and professional, and the prices are always fair. What really stands out is their integrity: more than once, when the fix was minor and they could help easily, they didn’t charge me at all.
