Took my car in for some much needed work after I got a sidewall flat and needed my tire replaced. Russell picked up the phone and I knew I would be in good hands. He is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic manager who inspired my confidence. When I arrived he measured my treads and advised I would need two new tires installed in front and would rotate the old fronts to the back. They were able to get a second tire in addition to the first one I ordered for the appointment within a few hours via their courier. He’s clearly very knowledgeable in his field and took the time to explain the issue I was having with my car and how I could solve it. I really appreciated how honest and informative he was—it made the whole experience much less stressful.
