Dillon the intake manager was incredibly efficient and polite. I hit the curb pretty hard on black ice and they were able to get my alignment back in order. Took an hour and back on the road. Very happy with my experience.

Dan was beyond fantastic to deal with when my car and I rolled in on 3 1/2 tires! He was very knowledgeable and honest, and treated me more than fair. Didn't charge me at all to check my tires and see why one was leaking - educated me on it, gave me my options and at the end of it all made sure I rolled back out quickly and safely with proper air pressure in all four tires. It was great customer service all around! You can bet my family and I will be repeat customers! The only feedback I have for this location are things that I don't believe Dan has control over (or I bet they'd have been addressed!): 1. Signage for the location was somewhat difficult to see from the road, and 2. Though it was very clean and comfortable inside and out, a coffee machine would make a great addition for

Driving along for a long vacation and picked up a screw from the highway. Pulled into a Sheets gas station to put air in the tire. Saw the screw in the tire and Googled closest tire repair near me. They took us right in and fix the Tire. Now we can move on and enjoy the weekend. Friendly atmosphere nice people. Thanks again.

Customer service was great again today! We were here last week for a tire leak, they repaired it quickly and professionally. We're back today for a lightbulb replacement. Again they surpassed expectations! We will be returning customers for sure and Definitely recommend them to anyone. Waiting room is clean also, big bonus!
