The Mavis in Herkimer New York across the street from Ican. It’s an amazing place to take your vehicle guys. They care they work with you and they try their best to help you in any way they can if they can’t fix it they have no problem sending you in the right direction to who can. Every time I bring my vehicle, they fix it right I feel confident to drive it around. I have no problems afterwards and I am for sure. Gonna go back. Thank you very much Mavis for everything you guys have done To keep my family and myself safe on the road

Have been to this particular shop before and was not impressed with service but this shop has turned around. I have to give a shout out to both Louie and Arion they got me right in and went above and beyond by making sure my truck got everything it needed. I had to wait in the lobby until my vehicle was done, while waiting I noticed them giving the same professional service to everyone else that came in! Very helpful and respectful crew…

Quincy the front desk associate and the service member who fixed the headlight were quick, responsive, friendly, super knowledgeable and truly rocked the job for me. Cane in for a small headlight change and they took immediate attention to it and really helped me out on short notice. Absolutely awesome customer service from them. 110% recommend!
