Mavis Discount Tire

I'm only giving a 2 star because the people were polite and nice, otherwise it would have a 1 star. Drove over an hour to have 4 tires and balance done. Alignment was perfect on the drive there. They quoted us $146 per tire and gave a discount of $22 per tire. Turns out these tires are only $92 on the blackhawk site and only $83 through Amazon. Ok whatever, they do a steep mark-up. Then after 2hrs they come out and say the alignment is off. So we said fix it. Another hour goes by and we finally drive away. Now we're pulling off the road to the right. Turn back around and get told it was "in parameters" but tweaked it a little. We left and it's still pulling to the right. We now have an appointment somewhere local to have it fixed correctly, for another $80 on top of the $80 Mavis charged u

These guys were great! Everyone was professional, gave me clear information and no run around. Better than Firestone for sure. No gimmicks, no increase nonsense prices. Just straight forward hard working guys. THANKS!
