Mavis Discount Tire

I use this Mavis Center for all my family car care needs. I know a lot about cars and can tell you they are very honest and very fair priced. I feel that I MUST highlight one employee for his outstanding customer service and kindness. The employee’s name is Shawn. He explained the exact cause of my problem, how it would be fixed and the price. He was not pushy at all and asked me if I had any questions. He actually listened to me. I agreed to the repair. Awesome job Shawn and Mavis.

I walked in about an hour before closing with a screw in my tire. Even though it was close to closing time, Akash took me in no problem. I was in and out within minutes. While I was waiting, I was also able to ask Akash a few questions about my car and he gave me some sound advice. The mechanic that plugged my tire also made sure there were no other issues with the other tires and filled them with the proper amount of air. Top notch service all around. I will be bringing my car here from now on for any services needed.

Akash and the rest of the team were excellent and very professional. Everything was clearly explained and the mechanics show you any issues before they make any changes. This Mavis is great as always, nothing but professionalism and respect.

Shawn was very kind and helpful, along with the rest of the staff. I had never been to Mavis before, and I felt really comfortable as soon as I walked in. They filled my oil for me and notified me when there was another issue, then helped me discuss the possible solutions and what I could do. Great service and super friendly people — I’ll definitely be coming back!

My experience was awesome! Quick turn around time Fixed my tire and and made it seem like not a big deal while it was a big deal for me. Shawn helped me out tremendously and he is awesome. 10/10
