Mavis Discount Tire

Saturday January 17 2026 i entered Mavis tire 🛞🛞🛞. I have had an issue with my brakes and my brake sensor for over 2 months after i have gotten my back brakes fully serviced for $500 I have a 2019 bmw 430i grande coupe . The service i recieved from Sahar the moment i called Mavis was amazing! She is very well spoken and throughly explains everything you need to know . She welcomed me to same day services and showed me reasonable to fair prices as she looked up the peice i needed as well as the service. Jayden was right by her side assisting me as well ! He has amazing mannerism and great energy! I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire. The manager Sahar and her team were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car and made sure I understood my options before any work was done. The service was quick, the prices were fair, and the whole staff made the visit smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find honest and reliable auto service these days, but this location definitely delivers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to friends and family! 🚗🔧⭐

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Sahar is the absolute worst manager I have ever dealt with in my life. Not solution oriented at all. Absolutely no customer service and a condescending tone every time you speak to her. I came in here 6 MONTHS ago to REPLACE TWO RUN FLAT TIRES and NATE put REGULAR TIRES on my car. Fast forward 6 months later, I get a flat and come back just for them to tell me all of this. Meaning I have 2 regular tires and 2 run flats on my car for 6 months without knowing. They offer me no solution for 3 days and when I finally escalate this to another manager crystal, she offers some sort of solution. Always professional and trustworthy. This past experience I went thinking a tire monitor was broken- they checked them all, they were fine, reset system and everything is good as new. They did not charge and were communicative the whole time. Also able to get me in same day on a Saturday and everything was handled in less than 2 hours. Sahar is who helped me. She was knowledgeable and her customer service was excellent. Thank you all who work with integrity at this location.
