Where do I start about how terrible Mavis is here. This is my experience at the one in Lindenhurst. It wasn’t recent but my other review was taken down off their site. So I went there back in 2021 to get a set of new tires for my Scion. I really like supporting the businesses that are in my area so Mavis had the selection I was looking for. I chose to purchase 4xToyo tires. That’s where the fun starts. They tell me they don’t have a machine that can do aftermarket wheels and the machine they have will put a slight mark on them. What? Your business mainly does tires, right? Like that’s in your name. You don’t see aftermarket wheels on other customer’s cars? Mind you, my wheels aren’t special or large. Had an incredible experience at this location due to the customer care of Landell who is an employee there. He was extremely knowledgable when it came to setting me up with new tires. I would go back to this location because of him. If you go, ask for him specifically if your looking for quality care!

I was visiting my elderly mother from out of town. I noticed her tires were terribly dry rotted, the day before I had to catch a flight back home. It was 5:15 pm when I arrived at Mavis and I explained my situation to Landell. He was kind and empathetic and told me he would have the car ready ASAP while we waited. He is a life saver! We were done by 6pm and drive off with new, safe tires. Thankyou Landell from the bottom my my heart for helping us. People like you make all the difference in this stressful difficult world we live in today!

Went in to get a new tire. Customer service was excellent! Landell is the gentleman who helped me and he was awesome! He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location and to ask for Landell when you go.
