Mavis Discount Tire

I came back to Mavis Discount Tire for brake service and new tires, and once again they did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what my car needed without making me feel pressured. The service was fast, the pricing was fair, and my car feels so much safer and smoother on the road now. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this location has definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto service!

Last week I went to this shop to change two tires. I didn't know the production dates were on the tires; my father looked at them and said they were from a year ago. I think it's better to have tires manufactured within one or two months; that would be more acceptable.

Shout out to Keith for getting me in last minute and Mike for finding a ripped wire covered in old electric tape, alerted me to faulty work in the past or winter damage, either way it made me feel safe to know they’re looking for everything unusual even if you’re just going in for some maintenance or an oil change, thank you so much, seriously! This place is a complete joke If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment for December 2nd and all the mechanics called out apparently they can't drive in the snow. They rescheduled me for December 4th, I arrived here on time and there are eight people in the lobby and the delivery truck in the tire bay. 45 minutes after arrival not one car has moved and there is no way they were going to touch my car for 2 hours. I'm done giving this place chances only to be let down by poor management.

Awesome customer service, everyone was friendly! Thank you for making sure my tires were safe for me to drive! Definitely will drive the extra few minutes to this location if needed!
