Mavis Discount Tire

Apprehensively came to this Mavis while in the area and happened to notice that my tire was flat again, so I was already frustrated since I just fixed it the previous day elsewhere. Arrived & I was immediately greeted by Richard, he listened to my problem and told me that he would get my car in quickly. The mechanic did come for my car pretty fast & I was very happy about that because typically at Mavis, I end up waiting long extended periods of time. Richard kept me updated throughout the diagnosis and repair, even though I didn't ask, they inspected my car for other issues, which was appreciated. My car was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner, Richard was respectful and not pushy & because of his service I'll definitely come back or recommend this Mavis in Mount Vernon.

Richard in the front was exceptional!!! He was very friendly, welcoming, and made sure I knew exactly what my car needed. I’m definitely coming back for all my work on my car and want to go directly to Richard. Other than that, the mechanics are awesome as well! Can’t forget that!

This particular location in Mount Vernon NY is amazing. They are w extremely professional knowledgeable and friendly. The wait time is exceptional , they get you in and get you out and they do a super job taking care of your vehicle as if it were they own , I would recommend this location to everyone. Mgr Dayvon and Richard are exceptionally knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I just had an absolutely amazing experience at Mavis in Mount Vernon getting four brand new tires. Huge shout-out to Kemar and Richard for their incredible customer service!
