Mavis Discount Tire

They make such a great team at this location! I needed service on short notice, and they were able to fit me in without hesitation. After the Mavis down the road couldn’t accommodate me due to an issue where the website and store didn’t correctly register the service I requested, this team stepped up and took care of everything smoothly. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They turned a frustrating situation into a stress-free experience. I truly appreciate their flexibility and excellent customer service — highly recommend this location

Worst customer service ever. I called to bring in my car for tire related issues, the guy seemed fairly accomodating on the phone but when I get there, his attitude changes completely. So, here's the thing, either learn to treat your customers with respect, or quit your job. It's really not that difficult. Probably could have had my tire replaced there, but I did not need to deal with more disgusting behavior from the front desk guy and I am taking my business elsewhere. The guy that was actually servicing my car was wonderful. But definitely will not be returning. There are way more options out there than this dump.

Tires and service to my Mini cooper was great that I cannot complain about! It’s the waiting time now for a two day ordeal where my car had no issues with suddenly found an issue that I know for sure I didn’t have. Why am I here for something promised to me that it would be done by 9:30am and that it was ordered last night. I was told 12 and now I am told 1pm. So that means now I have lost my entire day. Why? Other than that all esle is good!

I had a really great experience at Mavis Discount Tire. They took care of everything I needed and made sure the job was done right. The staff was professional, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My car feels great now, and I’m very happy with the service. Definitely recommend them!

"I recently visited Mavis Discount Tires for new tire installation, and I was impressed with the service I received. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, and the process was quick and efficient. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Assistant Manager Mansur, who was extremely courteous and ensured that everything was done to my satisfaction. The price was also very competitive, and I appreciated the transparency of the costs. Overall, I'd highly recommend Mavis Discount Tires for anyone looking for reliable tire installation services. Great job, Mansur!"
