Mavis Discount Tire

I made an appointment for 2/8. When I went there, they said there was no appointment in the system. I called ahead, and I come here every year, so I don’t know who made the scheduling mistake. They didn’t do their job properly, and I wasted my time. Then I went again on 2/15 at 10:30 AM. I waited over an hour for the inspection. If they mess up the schedule, they should at least provide an estimated waiting time. I couldn’t continue waiting any longer. What’s the point of making an appointment if this happens? They also told me I need to replace the two light bulbs for the rear license plate $20 each plus a $60 labor fee. That’s nonsense! After the inspection, the wheel covers were not properly secured. As a result, I lost both the front and rear covers while driving. I would like to know

I had my car towed to Mavis Tire at 1405 Union Avenue in Newburgh, and they were amazing. It was freezing and I was upset, but the staff was so polite, patient, and attentive. They got me in and out quickly and were completely professional. The facility is clean and organized, and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. Wonderful service all around — I’m so grateful! Those guys deserve the most gold stars! They are such a positive face for the Mavis family ! Thank you !

I was literally stranded with a tire that was losing air. I pulled in to my neighborhood Mavis.and Kevin quickly came to my rescue! He was able to fit me in and service my tire. The staff at Mavis is profesional and courteous. Thanks again for looking out for me. This was extra special for me because this was done without them knowing that my husband is a faithful longtime customer. They really look out for the community here.

My experience here was amazing I had Kevin who kept me updated throughout my entire service. Mavis was able to do my tire change and NYS inspection quickly and had me back on the road in no time. The staff was great and knowledgeable especially since im not too savy about cars. Will definitely be going here for the foreseeable future.

I recently had my car serviced here and I was completely satisfied with everything! Tom, Kevin and Tyler were extremely helpful from start to finish. My car was completed in a timely manner and everyone was informative with the update of my car. Will be back in the future. Thanks again!
