I came in for an oil change and Lindsay was on point. I appreciate the way I was handled as a 1st time customer. The atmosphere was chilling & for damn sure inviting. It was quiet which is peaceful when you work in noise all night. I will be coming here as a preferred location thanks to today’s great service. I appreciate it Lindsay.

I came into Mavis Discount Tire for a vehicle inspection and had a really great experience. The team took their time going over my car and explained everything that needed attention clearly and professionally. I originally called thinking there would be a charge, so finding out the inspection was complimentary was definitely a plus. Lindsay and Donnie were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They made sure I understood what was going on with my vehicle and answered all of my questions without rushing me. I truly appreciate the honesty and customer service. I’ll definitely be getting some of the recommended work done soon. Thank you to the Mavis team!

I want to share my recent experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes, especially after being disappointed with Midas. My car hadn’t been feeling right while driving, and I was genuinely concerned about our safety. Because of some recent not-so-great experiences with Midas, we decided to try Mavis instead, especially since our daughter previously had a great experience at this location. My husband called and spoke with the store manager, Lindsay, who immediately told us to come right in. We arrived within 10 minutes and were greeted warmly. They looked at our vehicle swiftly and thoroughly. To our surprise, we found out that two of our brand new tires were bald and that the car needed an alignment. Devon was wonderful from start to finish. Also, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle was great and even went and got my charger out May car for me lol. I did have a little longer wait then expected but they was waiting on a part. Otherwise, overall very pleasant experience! Will definitely be coming back for future vehicle needs!

I had a scheduled appointment, and even though they were short-staffed, the team did a great job getting cars in and out in a timely manner. Big thanks to Lindsey for keeping everything organized and making sure communication stayed on point even while things were hectic and for the coupons that lowered my overall cost.
