I’m extremely happy with the service I received at this Mavis Tire. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options and helped me choose what was best for my vehicle and budget. The service was fast, pricing was fair, and the quality of work was excellent. It’s hard to find trustworthy auto service these days, and this location definitely delivers!

Second time at this location for auto inspections. Easy appointment setup, counter man super friendly. No hidden surprises. My wife also stopped by one morning with a low tire 1 of the mechanics helped her out and just accepted a thank you for his effort. This is specifically in reference to the Pittston Bypass location.

Absolutely phenomenal service and on short notice! Had a break issue on Saturday night, was able to stay in the area and get fixed up Sunday morning. Maurice and his staff were excellent and professional with getting us back on the road. Highly recommend.

800 bucks and my car made it 8 miles before it started doing exactly the same thing as when I brought it in there and I still got charged for the parts that didn't fix my car. No, instead I lose another 600 at their other store because I had to pay for their labor to not fix my car either, and still not reimburse me for the original parts that never fixed my car. And Consumer Solutions wants you to do their job for them. Absolutely zero help from these people. Thanks for nothing!!
