The shop was organized, the team worked efficiently, and I felt like my car was in good hands the whole time. A special thank you to Jose, who provided truly exceptional customer service. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. He made sure I understood my options, gave fair recommendations, and treated me with real respect. I had an excellent experience at my recent visit to Mavis in Port Chester, NY - and this wasn’t the first time I’ve been well taken care of and completely happy. My most recent visit was to address a slow leak in two of my tires. Jeff at the front desk was a total professional and super courteous - the kind of customer service that you hope for. I didn’t have an appointment but he fit me in and had me fixed and back on the road in well under and hour. Wow! Even though this as a tiny job for them they still gave me top-shelf service. But this wasn’t my only great experience with them. I bought tires from them in the past and that was a great experience as well. Overall great and quality service and the staff there are all professional and courteous.

I came in to get my flat tire replaced and had such a great experience. The team was incredibly friendly, fast, and professional . They got me back on the road in no time. You can really tell they care about their customers , they are so nice! the service felt honest and trustworthy from start to finish. I went to Mavis Port Chester to fix my tyre which got a nail stuck in the middle crown of the tyre (not the sides). I had bought these tyres from there itself. But they were trying to sell me new tyre than fixing it. Just went to the Hank May down the line, and they did a good job of fixing it.

I brought my wife's Honda CRV to Mavis Tires in Portchester NY with a flat tire. I received almost immediate attention from the manager. He quickly assessed the situation and told me what it would cost for the repair. Me and my wife grabbed a bight to eat next door to the store and when we returned the her CRV was ready to go! The service was honest, quick and efficient. Highly reccomended!
