I came in right before closing, and they still took amazing care of me. Austin was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the great customer service and will definitely be coming back here for any future car maintenance needs!

Mavis in West Lawn has great customer service! The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I find them very trust worthy and will definately go back to them. I had a slow leak in my tire and they got me in right away and fixed it up in a timely manner!! Great job guys! Thank you!

This place is TOP NOTCH! And, better than the other Mavis stores in the area! Kyle and Brandon were great! They explained everything, went above and beyond, and most importantly, didn't push services on me simply because I was female. They replaced my headlight for me too, which greatly helped because another competitor told me that I would need special work done when it needed to be replaced. Thank you guys for instilling trust in a national auto repair business.

Not sure I’d recommend this place. The employees here are so so so nice & I really enjoyed talking with them… HOWEVER I have 2 issues with the service itself. First, I waited over 2 & a half hours for ONE tire & my rear brakes. While this wasn’t a big deal for me personally as I had no where else to be, someone else may be taken back by this amount of wait time. Just something to keep in mind. Secondly (& definitely the most concerning complaint I have about this business), the mechanic offered to replace my brakes since they were low. He said “I found a coupon online so I can do your brakes with a discount!” - I agreed, as I figured he meant both front & rear brakes. Turns out, they only did the rear brakes. Maybe it’s my fault for not asking whether it was both or just rear, but I found

Had a really good experience at this location. Greg and Brandon were super friendly and straightforward. They got everything done faster than I expected. They also took the time to explain what was going on with my car without making it confusing. Really appreciate them. Would definitely come back.
