Couldn’t be happier and more pleased with the service at Mavis. I walked in due to a nail that pierced my tire. They looked at it right away and realized it hadn’t punctured the tire and was willing to remove it free of charge. They were kind and attentive. Will absolutely be back.

Every time I have visited this specific Mavis location in Riverside CT, I have had a superior experience, in large part because Grady has been reliably great to work with. He is a nice, no-nonsense professional who offers great service for fair prices, tells it like it is, and treats customers well. I get the feeling that my car is in good hands at this shop. A great place. Professional and friendly, they know what they are doing. They did the job right and within a matter of hours, with the right tires for the Alfa Romeo. Other places said it would take days. And the price was terrific, half of what the dealer would charge for the same work and tires.
