This location is the best!!! The manager Brian is very welcoming and treat everyone with the upmost respect. He works right beside his employees and runs this location amazingly. I always try to have the technician Kaesea work on my car because she has always done an over the top job on the work I need done. She does honest work and is straight forward if she finds additional items that the vehicle needs repaired. She is very respectful and cares for my car like it is her own. This is the only location I will go to because of the how welcoming and clean it is. The treatment is like they are family.

Went here to get an alignment on my Audi and the customer service was welcoming. Initially called and Sal picked up and gave me a great deal and I was in an out. I’ve seen some of the workers take the customers to the shop and show what is going on with their car. I’d come here again and definitely let my friends know to bring their car here

I had a lovely experience with Bryen, the store manager. He has the sweetest smile and deep hazel eyes that I could look into for a lifetime. Besides that, he took great care of my car (M8 Competition) and even left a little drawing of himself on the dashboard. I think I might slash my own tires to get back there soon!

My husband and I went to Mavis for the first time and had a wonderful experience. We spoke with Sal and it was an absolute delight. He informed us we needed new brakes and two new tires for my daughter’s car. Being that she travels back and forth to college, we wanted to make sure she was safely driving.
