Mavis Discount Tire

Kevin and Josh were great. Went in for an issue with a tire pressure sensor and it was just a something called a re-learn that needed to be done. They told me it was something I could easily do on my own if I wanted to save some money, and gave me a quick overview of what it would entail. After looking it up, they were right, it was pretty easy. I appreciate them giving me that option. When I walked in, they were both in the middle of a discussion with another customer, a woman in her late 60's, early 70's probably. The woman has having difficulty understanding some of the breakdowns of suggested repairs and warranty coverage, and although I found their explanation simple and easy to follow, she was still confused. Had a great experience at Mavis Erie location. I needed an urgent tire repair, and I am so glad I stopped at this place. Even with a busy schedule, guys were able to take care of my tire, and I was able to be back on the road in a short period of time. Everyone was very professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

Had a slow leak ever since I had new tires mounted at a competitor's shop. I brought the car in and was helped by Dave, who was upbeat and super easy to deal with. They had it fixed in half an hour. I'll just go to Mavis for tires from now on. I don't get a lot of car work done, but every time I've come here for brake work, flats, inspections etc. I've had a good experience. Never had an issue with the work, the folks behind the counter have been great and they've never tried to upsell me something I don't actually need. I recommend them to my own friends.

The manager of this shop was extremely helpful and courteous. I went to the store with a nail puncture in my tire 1 day before Thanksgiving... I urgently needed it repaired because I would be traveling 500 miles to visit family for the holiday. The manager already had a full day of appointments, but he told me he would find a way to work the repair into the schedule for me. Within 2 hours he called me back to let me know the work was done and he waived the cost of the repair. The next day I drove 500 miles on the tire with no issue. This store is the best! They will definitely be getting my future tire business.

I had a great experience at this Mavis location. We were able to get an appointment the very next day, which was a huge help. The person at the counter was friendly from the moment we walked in. While we waited, we could hear him dealing with computer issues that were affecting inspections, and he handled every call with real empathy. He took the time to apologize to people and explain the situation clearly, which says a lot about how he treats customers. The shop was not the fastest that day, and it seemed like they might have been a little short staffed for the season. Even so, everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and committed to doing the job right.
