I had a great experience with Mavis Discount Tire. Bryan and Anthony provided outstanding customer service and were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the issue with my car clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the repair was done right. The work was completed in a timely manner, and my car is running perfectly now. I truly appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and dedication to quality service. I had a great experience at this location. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. The Store Manager Davidbrian explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and got the job done in a timely manner. My car was ready when promised, and the pricing was fair. I really appreciated the honesty and customer service. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone looking for reliable auto service.

I came in today with a flat tire and the team at Mavis on Thornwood was incredibly helpful. They took care of the issue quickly and immediately put me at ease. The men working there were professional, respectful, and made me feel especially comfortable as a woman in an auto shop, which I truly appreciated. The experience was smooth, stress free, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!

Squeezed me in for an exhaust issue late on a Sunday afternoon. Turns out I just needed to replace two bolts, which was done very quickly and at no charge. I appreciate the great honesty and service - thanks so much

Brian and the crew go above and beyond to help me figure out my TPMs issue. I think the guys name was Manuel/manny that worked on my car and was so helpful explaining and showing me What issues I had with my tire, Brian helped me find the tire and brand at a great price and when it came in stock they quickly did the work and I have had no issues since ! The dealer wanted to charge me almost triple !
