Mavis Discount Tire

On 1/30/2026. I pulled into Mavis because I was told by another service station that I had a nail in my left rear tire. When I explained what was going on with my tire. Even though it was 5:45 pm and they close at 6:00pm. Everyone working there was very professional. They took me in right away and found that it was not a nail in the tire but a problem with the seal on the tire. I was impressed by the entire crew considering the time of night it was. I will definitely recommend Mavis for car needs. Also it was very nice to be taken seriously about my cars issue and how professional it was handled and solved: Mavis in Walden, NY is top Notch

I came in for some basic service and was greeted by Armanda! What excellent customer service I must say. She answered all the questions I had and was extremely patient and willing to help. Stay away from this place. A few years back they Made me replace my whole catalyst converter when all I needed was a downstream sensor, less than a year ago I went for and oil change and a tire rotation, didn't rotate tires and said that the car needed a new suspension. I took the car to 2 dealership to check and suspension was good.
