Mavis Discount Tire

Our car broke down arriving to Spring Lake (from DC) for a funeral. The Mavis team was kind from the beginning and took great care of us. From Joe the evening the tow truck dropped the car - doing a quick diagnostic and confirming it was the transmission, to Michael the next day confirming we could leave it there while we worked to figure out how to get it towed back to DC, and to the folks on the phone when we called to update and check in who assured us the car was ok and we were still fine to have it there. We appreciate the dedication to service (even though the car wasn’t fixed there) and the kindness to an out of town family.

I caught a flat tire on my way up to school and called Mavis Discount Tire. The lady on the phone was awesome, I get into the shop and Joe was also awesome. Got me two replaced tires at an awesome price and on the road again in sub 45 minutes. Awesome service and customer service. Will be coming here again if put in this situation.

Joe at Mavis was fantastic. He assisted me with all my questions and mechanical issues. Highly recommend bringing your car here for service. Jiselle at the front desk was pleasant, accommodating, and helpful.

I stopped by Mavis Tire to get all 4 tires replaced and an oil change, and honestly I was really impressed. They had me in and out in about an hour, which I wasn’t expecting at all. John was the tech who worked on my car, and he did a solid job. Guy at the front desk was helpful and Overall, fast service, fair price, and good work. I’d definitely come back.

When I walked in I'm at Joe at the counter. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. After my car was looked at I was assured that Mavis Tire could resolve my issues. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I am extremely satisfied and will certainly be a return customer.
