I had a great experience with this Mavis Discount Tire location over the past month while needing two tires replaced. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. Thankful for Chris for being patient and accommodating both times. He and Adam are the ones I worked with both times. They took the time to clearly explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure the process was smooth and stress-free. Both visits were handled promptly, and the quality of service and attention to detail really stood out. UPDATE: I would like to add that I called the DMV, who told me that my tint on my rear window was fine as is and their website is up to date with no change since 2017. She told me Mavis was WRONG and suggested I go somewhere else! I had an appointment scheduled for this past Saturday, 11/29/2025, at another Mavis location nearby. They called me Friday and again Saturday morning to let me know their machine wasn't working and rescheduled my appointment for Monday, 12/1/2025. When I got there on Monday, they told me they didn't have any stickers. I called the Mavis in Wappingers Falls and they said I could bring my car in for an inspection.
