Mavis Discount Tire

I recently visited Mavis Discount Tire on Columbia Ave in Lancaster, PA, and I was truly impressed! When they say "no appointment needed," they really mean it. I arrived, and in less than 20 minutes, I was ready to go. I needed to replace a wheel, and they efficiently removed the tire and pressure sensor from my old wheel and transferred them to the new one. They thoroughly checked the sensors, inflated the tires, and ensured that the low-pressure sensor was functioning correctly before I left. The best part? I expected to pay over $100, but I only ended up paying $31! This was an amazing experience, and they have certainly earned a customer for life!

Very smooth process to book an appointment online . Came in for a 8:00am appointment for 4 new tires and received discounts which helped my pockets tremendously . Customer service was a plus . Employees were nice and polite from beginning to end . Gerry informed me my one TPMS sensor was out and needed fully replaced for a reasonable price which I’m grateful he did . The waiting area is nice and clean and I didn’t catch the other employees name but he was more than willing to let me know if my car needed anything done with repairs and categorize what needs replaced first then last to not spend much at once for future repairs which I found very helpful in my case . I would definitely come back to Mavis ! As a first time customer ? Not disappointed .

I am from NJ and blew a tire while driving to visit Lancaster, PA. I called this Mavis late in the day while on the side of the road, and Gerry was reassuring in the phone. He told me he would remember me in the morning and it wouldn’t be a problem. Well, remember he did. Gerry was friendly, helpful, and honest. I was really upset about the whole experience and he was patient and reassuring. I also appreciated that since I had used Mavis in NJ, the records of my tire purchases and care were easily accessible so the techs were able to deal with my car appropriately. I was given the same level of care and respect when I dealt with the Mavis near me as well. I will use Mavis from now on!

So, I got four new tires at another place on Saturday, on Monday drove to rental place (travel for work) return to rental on Thursday to a flat- drove down and they got the dumb flat fixed asap! We will be billing for any reimbursement cost for the other place-

Abi and his Mavis team did an awesome job!! Even better than price matched prices, very attentive & fast. Sevin locked me in with a phone call back when I was undecided and shopping around (3 dry rotted tires) You just can't beat the Free rotations and great service I won't go anywhere else!!
