This place is awesome for so many reasons. The comfortable waiting area, their branding and professional atmosphere; but, more than anything, the incredible staff is what sets this place apart from the rest. I simply cannot say enough about the warmth and sincerity of each parson we dealt with, in a difficult situation. The tire on our newly bought car was losing air, quickly! Basically flat, when we happened upon them, and pulled in, expecting, probably, to be ripped off. Instead, we were treated with respect and dignity, fairness and integrity. They fixed our tire, didn't pressure us to spend, and saved our lives, basically. We love you, #MavisDiscountTire!

I bought a battery I left this place thinking the battery had been replaced. I trusted Mavis the job had been done, it was dark when I left I did not check if the battery was replaced I realized the battery was never replaced, I honestly still can’t believe they missed something such as this, it makes me wonder if this happened to me with a battery that is an item you can physically see what other things they tell customer they replace and people go without noticing. I took my car back to the shop and they replaced the battery with not really an explanation or a formal apology. Horrible customer service. People’s time is valuable, the person at the front desk made look like it was not a big deal. I wouldn’t give Mavis on Central Ave Yonkers not even one star

Called the store around 11 if they could fit me in for a walk in alignment. They said sure it’ll be a 15min I left at around 4-5pm. Not only did they keep me there for 5 hours they also managed to break my rain guard. Here’s a photo of how they left it. It snapped off from the wind before even getting to the next exit. I have an old car. I now hear whistling/wind noise because the rain guard is messed up. I talked to a manager about it and he said he’d contact me and maybe even meet me closer to my home to replace it but it’s been a few weeks and I haven’t heard anything. Manager also tried to argue that it wasn’t them but then why didn’t it snap off on the way to the shop? They did a decent job on the wheel balance but my car still pulls to the left. Waste of time, waste of money

Had a great experience getting my tire fixed here! Arturo and staff was friendly, honest, and got me back on the road quickly. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone who needs tire service!

This is such an amazing place. Walked in for an oil change and instantly was greeted and treated with the utmost respect. James took care of me and let me know what was going on from beginning to end. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The restroom was very clean. The time spent waiting was less than what I expected. Absolutely perfect place to go to get service on your car. Kudos to a very professional team.
