These guys were super helpful. Ran into some of my own caused issues while getting some fresh rims and tires. Angel, Adain, and Jacob hooked me up and made everything right and go much smoother then it could’ve been.

CORPORATE WILL NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS!!! ITS A JOKE!!! ALL I WANT IS FOR THIS COMPANY TO OWN UP AN PAY FOR A NEW RIM!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬If I could put negative numbers I would! 🤬 They were supposed to balance an rotate my tires, well guess what they BROKE THE LUG NUT IN HALF now I have a half a lug nut STUCK on my wheel an no one wants to help me fix it!! They are all a damn joke! An will be sued for my new rim that I have to replace thanks to them! All they said was sorry that happened an didn't charge me for the balance. Unprofessional an will be calling corporate! Highly angry! THEY DESTROYED MY BRAND NEW RIM!!!!!

Had a tire pressure light come on for both back tires of my f350 while hauling a 7000 lb forklift. Stopped in quick to get the back tires at 80 so I could make it safely to Carlisle. I had a 24 foot trailer as well. I’ve never been here I was just passing by. Thought for sure they would say no because of trailer and what was on it. Not only did they say yes they refused to take my money. They stopped what they were doing to help me for free. Not only that, they actually had to take their hose out of the garage because my trailer wouldn’t allow me to get any where any other customers cars should have been while receiving air. There was nothing convenient or super easy about them stopping what they were doing to help me but they did anyways and very willingly at that. I will always call this

I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon because I had a screw in my tire. They were very busy but said they could help me but it would be a bit of a wait. Only a half hour later it was done. Considering how busy they were, this was quick. I have spent more time waiting to speak with a representative on the phone and some places. I give tom and Jacob 5 stars for their customer service and efficiency and will definitely use them in the future. You guys were the best. Thank you.

I did not have an appointment and just walked in to have my light bulb replaced in my headlight (I had my own bulb). It took a little longer than they expected to fix. They ended up having to take the grill off. They were very professional. I was expecting to have to pay for the labor and time they spent. Instead they did not charge me for the work they did. Thank you so much Jay! I appreciate you and your team!
