Mavis Tires & Brakes

I booked an appointment with Mavis Tires at this location on New Snapfinger Woods for 8:00 am. Although, I made it a few minutes behind because of traffic. The staff still managed to get me in and begin to service my vehicle. I truly enjoyed the customer service. The nice woman named Carmel at the front desk was so pleasant, especially the way she greeted me. Even when my original tire couldn’t be repaired, she was able to offer me a new tire that they had in the shop. She spent time looking for one that would fit/match my vehicle and I appreciated that so much. She deserves a raise. The people who put on my new tire did it so quickly. I left by 9:15, perfect timing to be on my way to work. Their waiting room is also very spacious and relaxing to wait while your car is getting fixed. 10/10

After shopping around and reading reviews I landed here for tires, an alignment, air filter, wipers, the warranty on the tires and an oil change. The price was much cheaper than the dealership as I was quoted the same price for just tires and an alignment. Sheldon took care of me at the front desk and service was about 3 and a 1/2 hours. I will definitely be back for future services.

I came in for an Oil change and a Tire rotation the other day, The young dude in the back got my car out within 1 hour. Also I had my gun in my glove box with 5k where I keep my wheel look I can say they are trust worthy and fast good service!!

They were all very professional. The manager Tracy along with Fernando and John, the assistant managers were courteous and kind. I’ll continue to use this business at this location for future services. Definitely recommend.

Hello, I was on my way to getting my nails done when I hit a curb and had a flat. I was able to make it into Mavis Tire off Wesley chapel Rd. right at the Labor Day weekend on a Friday. I was greeted and helped by Daryl, Carmel and Sheldon. Daryl, Carmel and Sheldon put my stress to ease as I was met by the most courtesy, friendly and professional customer service I'd received in a long time. Thanks, you guys so much, I appreciated everything!!!
